College is difficult, but it can be especially challenging for students with learning disabilities. The transition from high school to college is a big step. That is precisely why Parents Helping Parents is hosting an informative and engaging conference on the roadmap to success for college. The conference will cover the information and resources available to parents to prepare students for the transition to college. The conference will cover tips for student success, finding the right college, and assistive technology with student panels. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Admission is $50 and includes lunch. HIE Help Center is in no way involved with this event. Parents and students can purchase a ticket here.
