The Disability Sports Festival is an annual festival held at California State University, San Bernardino. The festival promotes the benefits of physical activity and sports for individuals of any age, disability, injury, or illness. The event is completely free and open to anyone of any age. Volunteers opportunities are available. Volunteering offers a great opportunity for California residents to learn how to create and adapt programs for people with disabilities. Sports will include kayaking, archery, rock climbing, tennis, cycling, martial arts, wheelchair basketball, and power soccer. You can register for the festival here.
