The Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL offers families with sensory needs the chance to explore the garden in a sensory friendly environment. On the first Sunday of every month, the Children’s Garden will be capped to 75 guests from 8:45AM – 9:30AM so that families can experience the Arboretum in a less crowded state with minimal noise. HIE Help Center is not involved in this event in any way.Families interested in attending a Sensory Friendly Sunday should register ahead of time on the arboretum’s website, since the Garden is capped to 75 visitors. Sensory Friendly Sundays run from May to October. Admission fees are the regular price.
